GRIT has made me the happiest, healthiest, and most confident I’ve ever been. Jill’s program has not just transformed my physical being, but also my mindset and attitude towards fitness. I receive compliments on my biceps all the time

As a marathon runner, I had always focused on endurance training, but I never committed to a strength and resistance training program. As a result, I struggled with the “skinny fat” look and injuries in my running career. In May 2022, a friend introduced me to the GRIT program. After seven months of consistency, my physique has changed significantly. I look strong and receive compliments on my biceps all the time. The GRIT program has not only helped me improve my physical appearance, but it has also made me a stronger runner. I appreciate the user-friendly layout of the program and the personal messages that Jill takes the time to send. Thank you so much for everything!

My mental and emotional well-being have greatly improved

To say, “I’ve grown” would be an understatement. Not only have I become physically stronger, but my mental and emotional well-being have greatly improved since starting on December 1, 2020. One of the highlights of this program is the private Facebook group, where I’ve received amazing support, encouragement, and formed incredible friendships. Even after two years, I still look forward to my training sessions. I feel very fortunate to have found this program and the JCF community.

Transforms beginners into avid gym goers

Physically, this program has done a ton! I have always had a “butt”, but it is lifted and sculpted. I feel my muscle definition and I feel tighter. Even just physically walking into the gym, I have grown. I am more confident in going up to machines and adding weight, etc.! This program is truly made for education. As a teacher, I could not be more influenced and inspired by how this program takes beginners and transforms them into avid gym goers! This program helps so much with the cues and videos!

It has given me the courage to walk into the weightroom in a gym without feeling like I needed to “earn” a spot to be there. With your planning, I’m confident I’m on the right track for long-term success and I’m building a strong foundation that encompasses all areas of my body in the right way – number of sets, volume of weights and areas worked. I challenge myself with my weights/load and have already increased. My form is continuing to improve, thanks to the tips and videos.
