I now look forward to my workouts
It has given me the courage to walk into the weightroom in a gym without feeling like I needed to “earn” a spot to be there. With your planning, I’m confident I’m on the right track for long-term success and I’m building a strong foundation that encompasses all areas of my body in the right way – number of sets, volume of weights and areas worked. I challenge myself with my weights/load and have already increased. My form is continuing to improve, thanks to the tips and videos. I feel like my mindset has shifted and I now look forward to my workouts.
