I receive compliments on my biceps all the time
As a marathon runner, I had always focused on endurance training, but I never committed to a strength and resistance training program. As a result, I struggled with the “skinny fat” look and injuries in my running career. In May 2022, a friend introduced me to the GRIT program. After seven months of consistency, my physique has changed significantly. I look strong and receive compliments on my biceps all the time. The GRIT program has not only helped me improve my physical appearance, but it has also made me a stronger runner.
