What You'll Get:

A continuous year of programming broken down into 4 week training blocks with 4 or 5 day split options for each week. Through my app, you will be able to access the exercise library, record reps/sets/weights, and automatically track progress week to week. You have the flexibility of working at your own pace within that month's program. This program works best for individuals who have prior lifting experience and can independently correct their form. 

*This program is for the intermediate level of strength training and it is recommended that you have 1-2 years experience training prior. If you do not, I have a prerequisite 8 week program called Foundations for you to complete prior to transitioning over to GRIT Basic.*

This is a gym based program and you will need access to:

  • Barbell/Squat Rack
  • Dumbbells
  • Cable Machines
