It has given me the courage to walk into the weightroom in a gym without feeling like I needed to "earn" a spot to be there. With your planning, I'm confident I'm on the right track for long-term success and I'm building a strong foundation that encompasses all areas of my body in the right way - number of sets, volume of weights and areas worked. I challenge myself with my weights/load and have already increased. My form is continuing to improve, thanks to the tips and videos. I feel like my mindset has shifted and I now look forward to my workouts.
Physically, this program has done a ton! I have always had a "butt", but it is lifted and sculpted. I feel my muscle definition and I feel tighter. Even just physically walking into the gym, I have grown. I am more confident in going up to machines and adding weight, etc.! This program is truly made for education. As a teacher, I could not be more influenced and inspired by how this program takes beginners and transforms them into avid gym goers! This program helps so much with the cues and videos!
With Jill's programming and her private facebook community, I'm feeling more like ME again. I look forward to lifting, the programming keeps me engaged and excited about the next workout. With so many other things going on in my life right now, having my programming prepared for me is a huge mental break from Decision Fatigue. Physically, I'm getting stronger but not exhausted. I keep increasing weights and it's mind-blowing to me.
