It has given me the courage to walk into the weightroom in a gym without feeling like I needed to "earn" a spot to be there. With your planning, I'm confident I'm on the right track for long-term success and I'm building a strong foundation that encompasses all areas of my body in the right way - number of sets, volume of weights and areas worked. I challenge myself with my weights/load and have already increased. My form is continuing to improve, thanks to the tips and videos. I feel like my mindset has shifted and I now look forward to my workouts.

Physically, this program has done a ton! I have always had a "butt", but it is lifted and sculpted. I feel my muscle definition and I feel tighter. Even just physically walking into the gym, I have grown. I am more confident in going up to machines and adding weight, etc.! This program is truly made for education. As a teacher, I could not be more influenced and inspired by how this program takes beginners and transforms them into avid gym goers! This program helps so much with the cues and videos!

With Jill's programming and her private facebook community, I'm feeling more like ME again. I look forward to lifting, the programming keeps me engaged and excited about the next workout. Mental Progress: Having a positive attitude about my weight, physique and realizing that it's okay if I don't look like the person I wanted to look like, everyone is different. I feel GOOD and that's what I realize now :-)

Jill teaches like no other. I absolutely love her exercise library and how to correctly activate the right muscles for each move. I injured/strained my left pec minor in Nov. 2019. Went to physical therapy for a year. It got better, but still couldn't stretch properly and it would click because the muscle was so tight. Within this 8 weeks, I was able to strengthen my back muscles, taking pressure off of my pec muscle. I had literally been only using my pec muscles which it then finally gave out. I can now stretch properly and I know continuing to strengthen my back will only make this better.
